Work beyond the emergency calls

Harbor school drills

Every classroom mapped a primary exit and a second way out, then practiced once with the lights down.

Market-row alarms

Clinic handoff drill

Lobby staff and the ambulance crew practiced a collapse call so the path to the door stays clear.

FAQs

Questions the desk hears most

Which number should I call?

For a fire, a rescue, or a medical emergency, use the emergency line on this page. For inspections, tours, and supply questions, use the contact form or the station email.

Can you check the alarms in my home?

Yes. Ask for a community-safety visit. A crew will test what you have, tell you what is missing, and fit a replacement if we have stock that day.

Do you inspect businesses?

We review suppression systems and write a fire statement for the owner. Larger plan reviews may be booked through the contact form so the right inspector is on duty.

Are station tours open to anyone?

Families, schools, and neighborhood groups are welcome. Book ahead so we are not in the middle of a training burn or a long call.

How do supply enquiries work?

The shop lists items the station can usually provide. Send an enquiry and we confirm price, stock, and a pickup time. This site does not take payment.
